12 Week Long Custom Online Workout Plan

This is an online 12 week long custom workout plan made especially for you and your goals. After purchase I will send you a questionnaire to fill out. This will help give me more information to create your custom workout plan. Please give a maximum of 5 days after I get your questionnaire back for me to send you your plan. All workouts will be done on your own. This plan also includes bi-weekly email check-ins to help you stay on track. A liability waiver and medical clearance may be required prior to starting workout program. Please note, this plan does not include a meal plan. *This is non-refundable once the plan is emailed to you.*
