Do you feel like you are working out all the time but still can’t lose weight? (This sounds like a crappy weight loss ad, haha.)

Question: How consistent are you with your workouts / diet?  Here’s my tip for you. Print a calendar of the last few months and highlight all the days that you worked out. Are you being as consistent as you thought or are you making excuses and skipping your workouts? If you are sore one day, go for a walk or do yoga. I feel like in general people are not as consistent as they think. If you can’t remember when you worked out in the last few months then print a calendar of the current month or next month. Start tracking your workouts. Make yourself proud. As the quote below says, “You don’t have to be extreme, just consistent.”
