Fall into fitness

Ahhh, fall! I love the fall. It’s my favorite time to go out for a run or a hike. The weather is beautiful and there is no more “it’s too hot out” excuses.

To me the fall is like the calm before the storm. That time before the stress of the holidays begin. This fall try something new… make time for yourself. Make time to do something you love. Do yoga. Run. Walk. Meditate. Lift some heavy weights. Read a book. Maybe try a new workout plan? Whatever it is that makes you happy and keeps you healthy, do that.
