My Favorite Smoothie Recipes

One reason I love making smoothies is because they are quick, easy, packed with protein and delicious! I like to drink them after a workout or as a treat before bed instead of ice cream. I always use my ninja blender and Jim Stoppani’s “Pro Jym” protein powder for the shakes. I buy the protein powder at bodybuilding.com or at a GNC store. Look over the recipes and try them out! Tell me what you think.

Snickerdoodle Smoothie: (my recent go-to shake!)

1 scoop Pro Jym Tahitian vanilla protein

8 oz unsweetened almond milk

Cinnamon

1 T of natural peanut butter

1 frozen banana

Handful of ice

Chocolate Lovers Smoothie:

1 scoop Pro Jym chocolate protein

8 oz unsweetened almond milk

1 T. of natural peanut butter

1 frozen banana

Handful of ice

Green Smoothie:

1 scoop Pro Jym Tahitian vanilla protein

8 oz water

Bunch of spinach

Handful of frozen strawberries

1 frozen banana

Daily Harvest Mint & Cacao smoothie: (tastes like mint chocolate chip ice cream!)

I add unsweetened almond milk and Pro-Jym’s chocolate protein.

 

Daily Harvest Cold Brew & Almond smoothie: (morning pick me up!)

I also add unsweetened almond milk and Pro-Jym’s chocolate protein in this one.
