I like to incorporate a few vegetarian meals into my diet. I found these “Beyond Meat” plant based burgers that are actually really good. (& have 20g of protein!) I cook them until the outside is crispy. Tonight I added a little shredded cheddar cheese on the burger and topped it with sautéed onions and green peppers. I put it over jasmine rice instead of on a bun with grilled veggies on the side. I wish it was grilling weather all year round!
