Healthy Tuna Salad Recipe

If you’re looking for a high protein / low carb lunch, here it is! The best part is it takes less than 5 minutes to make.

Healthy Tuna Salad

  1. Drain can of tuna.
  2. Mix tuna with some honey dijon mustard, cucumbers, chopped pickle slices, red onion (I used grilled red onion) and “everything but the bagel” spice from Trader Joe’s. Put tuna mixture on a wrap or on a salad.
  3. Enjoy!
