TRY THIS – Full Body Workout!

Hi all!

I signed my husband and I up for a 5K Warrior Dash race and I realized that I need to run more! This morning we did a full body circuit workout together. See the workout below & try it out!

1 mile run

12 push ups

12 DB bicep curls

12 DB bent over rows

12 DB oblique twists

12 lunges each leg (holding DB’s)

12 hip raises 

REPEAT 3X TOTAL!
