Here’s my 30 minute spin playlist for today. I decided to add a hurricane theme song into the playlist. The last song Baba O’Riley was requested by a member. I’m actually surprised how well it worked for a climb. I did a 4 minute climb, adding resistance every 30 seconds, then a downhill sprint for the last minute. Good stuff.
