Workout Wednesday!

Hi Everyone!

Bored of your workouts? Hit a plateau? Try THIS!

This is my total body at home workout from this morning. I’m not gonna lie, it kicked my butt! I did the run at 7.0 mph on the treadmill. (Which is fast for me – I have little legs! haha) I’m going to post a new workout every Wednesday… so stay tuned!
