I make almost all of my meals at home. I very rarely go out to eat because I know those options are not as healthy. It is pretty time consuming making all of my meals at home but oh well, it’s just part of my life. On busy days I’ll make something super easy like for example, this meal… my chicken sausage bowl.
It’s cheap, easy, andddd….. delicious! Side note: this whole meal took me a total of about 3 minutes to make! No excuses that you don’t have time. 😉

I’m not usually a fan of sausage but recently I picked up this Trader Joe’s sun dried tomato chicken sausage and it’s really good. Trader Joe’s always comes in clutch.
Here is the recipe below. Like I said, it’s quick and easy. Sometimes we over complicate recipes. I enjoy simple meals. The best part is I have leftovers for lunch tomorrow. (Win!)

Feel free to add in other vegetables. If I had more time I would have added in broccoli too.
