For my first recipe, I figured I’d share one of my favorites: Mini Chicken Parm Bites! I love it not only because it’s delicious but because it’s so easy to take with you to work and re-heat! I’ll even eat these as a snack to get more protein in my diet.
This is one of those recipes that you can really add whatever you want to it. For example, you can add bread crumbs, chopped onions/ peppers, spices, herbs, etc. Some people may prefer to make their own sauce to add on top. I like making quick and easy dinners so I use jar marinara sauce. Let me know what you think if you try it out!
